The Stafford London is an exceptional hotel. It has exceeded our expectations by far. Especially the friendly and always attentive staff has to be mentioned.

We have just returned from another stay at the wonderful Stafford hotel. It feels like our second home. From the minute we arrived we were very warmly welcomed, with lots of friendly and familiar faces. The hotel interior is beautiful and the American bar is decorated with British and American memorabilia which makes it fun and interesting. There is an amazing selection of new and classic cocktails and the bar staff are always happy to help with your choice. They also have a good selection of single malts and champagne. The Game Bird restaurant serves a fine selection of traditional and contemporary food, always served beautifully and it always adds a special touch to your stay. The courtyard is a fabulous relaxed place to have a drink and a meal; the triple cooked chips are a triumph. The staff work very hard and will go the extra mile to make your stay a very pleasant one. The rooms are always spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We are looking forward to our next visit at Christmas and we know we will have a lovely stay. Many thanks to Ned and all the team.

The little things that make your trip easier impress me, and they go above and beyond. The h2o is added to the espresso machine daily, so you don't have to fill it. The maid noted you use more cream and leaving it. Asking for an iron and having the housekeeping/laundry steam my birthday dress for me. knowing when you are departing the hotel staff contacting you about your transportation needs. So much consideration is paid to you and your needs. It's the place where everyone knows your name. I was in the UK and Europe for 5 weeks staying at various 5-star hotels, and this was the best experience!

It is a beautiful property, with lovely rooms, and gracious service. The location near St. James couldn't be cozier and is convenient for exploring London by foot and tube.

Breakfast was superb. I would normally pop to the Wolsley when in this area but there was no need as it was a good as, if not better than the popular Brasserie. The location is perfect for shopping on Piccadilly, Jermyn Street & St.James and the discreet walk way onto Green Park gives you superb access yet all within the discretion of The Stafford’s yards.

Everything was awesome! The location is great, very convenient to Green Park tube station, the park itself, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, etc. It’s in an extremely nice area is London and is on a dead end street so it’s very quiet. No traffic noise to be heard. As soon as we walked in, the staff was very nice and accommodating, the hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the food in the restaurants in so good. Housekeeping did an amazing job of turning down every night and keeping our room tidy. we enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this hotel. We will definitely be back!

Hotel is in a great location in the heart of Mayfair, perfect for exploring galleries and sights of central London. Close to theatres too with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Upgraded to a wonderful Junior suite. Staff beyond perfect. John especially helpful with bags and he even performed concierge duties. The charming concierge with lovely thick silver/grey hair parted in middle made reservations, helped with phone calls, etc. Coffee maker in room. Dinner fun and service was fast. Front doorman walked me to the secret passageway at the park. It was hard to leave this hotel, hope to return soon.
